Guys, I am so upset about that Marine the media is dragging through the mud right now...I just feel like I need to DO something! (I wish I could get him a Hobbit Hole knife!) Tell him that I may just be a housewife in Tulsa, but I'm proud of him, that in a bad situation he made the best decision he could. I want to tell him I'm praying for him...Lord knows, this young man is gonna need prayer for a long time because of this dumb reporter.

My understanding is that a booby-trapped terrorist actually took the life of a Marine just prior to this happening...read it somewhere but can't find it now...this Marine, under these conditions, did what he had to do.

Dittos on the Marine 2J - what the MSM is blithely and deliberately leaving out is how these guys were still in battle mode. There had not been any truce made between the soldiers and the terrorists. As far as I am concerned, until someone comes out with a white flag declaring cease fire on their end, anything goes. Oliver North was on Hannity and Colmes last night...he expressed shock and concern, which I am guessing is all proper. But dang! my first thoughts were "another terrorist dead? GOOD. Im glad the Marine is alive and not that piece of filth."
