Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
A new road or a secret gate...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Well he is no Sagura Sosuke but he is a good male lead. FMwS has a good range of likable characters that keep you sucked in. I find the ubiquitous 'magical cute talking pets' much less annoying than many in other magical girl shows.

Cheerful and not obnoxious...
Oompa loompa is cheerful, but...

After watching nothing but anime for a year or 2 I was amazed to discover that actual humans in a TV show had much more facial expression and subtlety. hehe my friend Mike was there and laughed at be for being surprised

Ok! LOL I'll mix it up...you pre-heat your oven to 350. ;-)
I just logged back in to FR. Been looking at VWs again. I told Steve I'd rather get a $500 Beetle and work on it ourselves than spend $2K getting this crappy old van repaired...just knowing it's going to break down again and we won't be able to fix it outselves.

Alkhin, you've been here long enough to know that two posts do not constitute a funkle.
Fedora, would you explain to Alkhin please?
