A new road or a secret gate...

Home is behind, the world ahead,
And there are many paths to tread
Through shadows to the edge of night,

I'm checking out some of the other posts. Sir SuziQ and I were laughing earlier, when he was lurking, about Suha Arafat extorting over a million a month from the Palestinian Authority. They wanted to get rid of her REALLY bad! I think the guy's been dead for a week, they just kept his heart pumping until everyone got what they wanted from his death.

heh... we ain't seen nuttin' yet. The palestinians are going to implode for a while over this. There is no clear line of succession for Arafat, and yet there are several competing factions for control once the Big "A" is a goner. Interesting that Suha is stepping into the mix. That's dangerous to her, but then again, her 100k/month stipend just ran out.
Things are gonna get nasty over there. Nothing to do but pull up a chair and watch the festivities. Popcorn is on me. :-)

So much for no adventure. Just had a fire alarm go off for awhile. It didn't last very long, and since one of maintenance's vans is here...I assume they accidentally tripped something. But not a good way to calm down....
