Well, Bob Brinker, long time supporter of Bogle likes it when one party holds the Presidency and the other party holds the Congress. This is an investors desire, because both parties are blocked from making many changes. However in this election, it implies that both parties will equally defend this country from terrorism. This is only valid if you believe a pacifist with a 20 year history of voting against this country's defense is now telling the truth about what he will do. I don't believe it, and neither should anyone else.
