Recieved a reply from the teacher that kicked the student for wearing a Republicican T-Shirt...

I'm sure that is what will happen. However, there are two sides to every story. I certainly did not walk across the room to
kick the young man, he tauntingly backed up to me with his rear end in
my face while I was seated at a table. The unfortunate kick was due to the
repulsiveness of the situation. I am paying dearly for it. I feel it is another instance of distortion by the Republicans.

Someone deliberately backs their butt up to my face while I am sitting at a table, and I will not only kick their ass, I will try to shove their head up it, and I don't care what they are wearing.
For God's sake people there are enough legit examples of harrasment of conservatives by liberal's in positions of Power without trying to make something out of nothing.
This just makes us look as paranoid as the Dims.

I wonder why her side of the story was not in the article. Unless I missed it.
Maybe the kid did or didn't put his butt in her face,(I fibd it hard to believe though) odds are that the teacher is a complete biatch. I had a teacher in 4th grade who looked like Moe Howard who would stick pencils into kids that she didn't like, drawing blood. But that was over 30 years ago, teachers shouldn't be able to get away with that crap anymore. I say hang the biatch.
I also find this hard to believe.
If she had told this to the police, they probably not even have made an issue with this. They would have most likely said "he got what he deserved!"
Truthfully...Durango is incredibly liberal!
Uh, obviously this was a child, and she is a teacher. You do not do things like this. Thank God you aren't a teacher, I hope.
Same reply that I received...almost verbatim.
I still like the "republican" part.
