Vote to reelect President George W. Bush!
And the Mad Man from Motor City agrees, Cynthia Cassell is the right choice for United States Congress in the 13th District!
I honestly think you are right...Hillary knows W is going to win and she can start her campaign for 2008 next week...Lord help us all!!
Darn, missed the rally, it was just on cspan. I turned over and was lucky enough to find Etwards (Jesse Jackson pronunciation) wowing the crowd somewhere. ICK. It's on right now if you want a laugh.
YIKES!
I think we've nailed it, remember this one from earlier in the week?
Sorry. I couldn't resist!
Big Gay Al's aloha shirt must be at the cleaners. He wore his Filipino shirt instead.
Yuck---looks like he's sopping wet.
I would advise Big GAy not to go sun bathing lest hundreds on the beach would start yelling, Whale on the beach! Whale on the beach!
Oooh, that picture! My eyes hurt. My head is reeling. We came too close last time...
Good Morning. Imagine JL is on the road this morning. I wish I'd remembered to tell him to bring his shot gun. Pheasant Season opens in Iowa today.
Didn't sleep very well last night. I'm very concerned that this latest OBL video is the "go" signal for the next attack. I love the spin on this that, "OBL really wants Bush b/c he is helping to recruit Al Queda". Whatever.
Yesterday's video appearance
by Osama Bin Laden has swayed my vote:
In favor of Bush 66%
In favor of Kerry 17%
Not at all 17%
Total Votes : 456
BigGayAl is reaching Pavarottiesque proportions (without the talent, of course).
Kerry's Amerika:
A woman icily stared at my two George W. Bush pins, looking like she wanted to rip the blinking "God Bless the USA" ribbon from the lapel of my pressed suit.
Just like I learned from watching President Bush, I smirked - then flipped over my briefcase to reveal a freshly applied Bush-Cheney '04 bumper sticker.
The locals' response wasn't much friendlier once I started swaggering - Texas-style, I imagined - up Broadway.
"Is that a joke?" said Terrence McCrossan, 36, checking out my campaign pins and red, off-the sale-rack power tie. "This is a disturbing sight."
Eventually assured that we were just testing New Yorkers' reactions, McCrossan let me go - but not without a warning that I might be in for a rough time.
Half a block later, Sue Moss tore into me, loudly interrupting a visit to a fruit stand to say I had wandered onto the wrong turf.
"Hey, what are you doing in this neighborhood?" she demanded to know. "You could get shot with all those buttons."
A registered Democrat, Moss, 69, lectured me on the neighborhood's traditional liberal values, saying "Kerry's our kind of people."
But a few people - okay, just two older women - actually made me feel at ease in my old neighborhood. Both wore small Bush-Cheney pins. Both said "It's about time." Both insisted they couldn't provide their names.
"I don't want any reprisals," whispered a 66-year-old woman in a coat as red as any state that backs George Bush. "No one likes a Republican up here."
And now from Bush country.
That's what some Staten Islanders had to be thinking as they disapprovingly examined my collection of John Kerry buttons and my not-so-subtle "Dumb & Dumber" T-shirt bearing the images of President Bush and his father.
A bunch of men eating lunch cast not-so-friendly looks in my direction as I stood in front of the aptly named W's bar on Page Ave. in Tottenville.
"That's Red Sox red you got on," said the bartender, assuring me I was in the wrong bar in the wrong place at the wrong time.
"You take the religion and the politics outside," he said. "When people start talking about that too much, you get the fisticuffs."
Not eager for confrontation - Democrats love peace, don't they? - I stepped outside. I instantly heard from a guy who told me he was voting for Bush because "Bush is a sportsman." Perhaps he missed those photos a few weeks ago of Kerry after he went goose-hunting.
Another woman scanned my pro-Kerry and very anti-Bush outfit and said only, "Don't let Vinny see that." I didn't follow up on who this Vinny might be. Story
I can identify - we have the only house in town exhibiting a Bush/Cheney sign. I'm so sick of this place!
Weekly Newsweek poll today: Bush 50% Kerry 44% (Likely voters)!
Very good news!

Happy Birthday Big Guy! May your visit to the heartland be a good one.
And I hope your pickup truck doesn't get blown off the road. Very Windy here today.
Please see this post about the election and pray for our President. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1262741/posts
