I'm all too aware that we were sent here under false pretenses: I'm aware of it every time I put on my uniform. Too aware of it. I'm sure by now the Iraqis are, too. I see all the casualties and a good number of the attacks. You do not.
The thing I have to live with every day is this:
We were sent here under false pretenses.
The country is a mess.
The Iraqis are paying for it. There are accidental casualties caused by US soldiers, and then there are deliberate casualties caused by the terrorists. The numbers are dizzying. As a nation, we caused this. I trusted that no one could either tell monumental lies or be so uninformed. I was wrong. But I'm not paying for it. The Iraqis are. Don't think for one minute that it's possible to forget this.

Ms. ginmar, in other comments under this post, appears to honestly believe that the US is on track to kill more people than Saddam, and that Iraqis were better off under him.
Hey ginmar... saw your bloody rant, you sound like an idiot.

Take a look and tell me it was better with Saddam. If you have THE GUTS to watch it. Tell me then, who exactly was lied to. Tell me you you want the same right here in America. You ask not to be lectured, and I know why, because you don't want the truth to mess up your head.
