Although the audience included children under the age of 18, Pennsylvania doesn't make this offense a 'sex crime against a minor' like some other states do, otherwise, he'd have to sign up and notify the police as a sex offender everywhere he went for the rest of his life.
That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard. I wonder which states have such a law?

I think some deatils have been left out, otherwise I agree it's absurd. In most states the offense would have to be a felony sex crime or other crime with sexual motivation to require registration as a sex offender upon conviction. This was clearly a prank.
