How come the moderators asked questions during presidential debates which were almost entirely issues which are legislative in nature and really not an executive issue unless or until they arrive on his desk for signature or veto?
Jobs, healthcare, taxes, vaccines, welfare goodies, job training, education, and job exporting are all issues which are legislative concerns. We do have a legislative body don't we? At a quick glance it would appear all we have is an executive branch and a judicial branch with a big hole in the middle of which we pour cash into.

We don't "do" online polls.
It increases the hits, thus creating an increase in their ad revenue.
We also figured out long ago that if you leave them alone, they go away. Kerry up by 70%+ makes the site cancel them and force the Dems to start all over. They've also stopped announcing them online.
So, they only thing I can think of that would make newbies constantly ask for us to FReep polls is so they will get on air and look competitive.
No thanks.
