I just read the article. A couple of Halliburton subsidiaries sold sewage pumps and other parts through a UN program to Iraq in sales monitored and approved by the Clinton Administration. One sale was not approved by the Clinton Administration and was not made.

That's the whole article, other than the author's line about how they "skirted U.S. laws" a charge about which he does not even give one example let alone proof.

He cleverly (well cleverly enough to fool idiots) phrases things to make it look like Halliburton did something illegal, because there were people who did illegal things in conjunction with the same UN program, but nowhere does he prove his assertions against Halliburton.
