You need to study up on Colloidal Silver a bit more (especially this metals idea you have). I take 1100ppm of CS...and NEVER have had any probs with it at all. Anything under 500ppm will NOT kill bacteria or viruses. Its been studied and those little varmints continue to live. So take the right ppm.
Sambucol will knock down flu, colds, congestion so fast it's unbelievable, kills viruses in a heart beat.
There are several other things I take daily; but to keep sickness away CS and Sambucol is what I'd take when you feel something is coming on.

It definitely works in any case. Anybody who says collodial silver is a scam needs to try it themselves.

Thanks for posting the dosage amounts in mg. Because this isn't a standard on all of these "natural" herbs, etc., I've shied away from them somewhat. I have heard that colloidal silver is great, but I've never known what amount to take. I'm gonna bookmark this thread for future reference.

He'd look even better with red hair
CNN.com - Candidate turned himself blue - Oct. 1, 2002.
Stan Jones,a 63-year-old business consultant and part-time college instructor, said he started taking colloidal silver in 1999 for fear that Y2K disruptions might lead to a shortage of antibiotics.
He made his own concoction by electrically charging a couple of silver wires in a glass of water.
His skin began turning blue-gray a year ago.
"People ask me if it's permanent and if I'm dead," he said. "I tell them I'm practicing for Halloween."
He does not take the supplement any longer, but the skin condition, called argyria, is permanent. The condition is generally not serious.
