John Kerry voted to ban the .30-30 so there won't be any guns if he wins.

This shouldn't be a ZOT. It is clearly satirical, pointing out the idiocy of Kerry's statement, and showing the logical conclusion of it.
And you know, speaking of the Constitutional right to abortion, I'm sure that a Kerry Supreme Court would discover the right to free health coverage, too.

I have no idea why this got zotted. You are absolutely correct in your assessment of the logical conclusion of Kerry's statement. By the way, I'm not sure about the "bare arms" thing. It really depends on how fit you are. Some flabby people with little waterwings instead of biceps actually look better with their arms clothed rather than bare.

A perfectly natural statement that came from Kerry...as we would expect from any Marxist/socialist. The Federal government will become you nanny, caretaker, mentor, and mortician...CRADLE TO GRAVE.

Constitution gives us the Right to Bare Arms and I can not afford any; John Kerry's plan will provide me a gun at TaxPayers expense. It's my right to knock you senseless if you "bare" that arm without deodorant and I find the smell offensive.

You may be onto something there. I've had my eye on a .308 bolt action that's outta my price range. But then again, he's more likely to treat us all to a Federally funded abortion of the Bill of Rights. (Those emanating from a penumbra will, of course, be exempted.)
