This is my first Vanity post. But I was listening to Fox and Friends and they had the blowhard O'Reilly on. And if I heard him right he said that if Bush doesn't win the next debate that the election is Kerry's. Now I might have heard him wrong but if he really believes that the outcome of the election is hanging on a townhall debate I think he's smoking more than what he accused Drudge of smoking. I'd like to hear opinions.
For starters, he finally got the Kerry interview he's been pandering for.
If he said it, he's adhering to Dem talking points. The word from McCurry is that Bush "has to win" this debate. They're setting the criteria, and they've got all the media on board.
O'Reilly contributed money to the Kerry campaign. End of story.
O'Reilly really annoys me. He even said on Tuesday that he can't feel joy in the downfall of Dan Rather, even though he knows Rather has been injecting leftie bias into news for decades. I like O'Reilly less and less the more I listen to him.
I am almost sure that I heard him say this also.
Well it is still a close race and anything could turn it. Kerry still needs to land a major blow to overtake Bush.
It's obvious Billy O has become a shill for the democrats....he's just repeating what he's hearing from his buddies at the Kerry campaign.
We had a post dealing with him yesterday and most agreed that O'Reily is trying to triangulate between left and right, making him feel superior. That's a mistake and in time he'll pay for it and so will FOX.
O'Reilly is so full of himself.
Yeah, this is what O'R considers "no spin"? OMG, no spin my butt! I'd like to see his "facts" to prove that stupid, stupid statement regarding the townhall debate. He's actually gloating over the fact that he finally got Kerry to come on his show. After O'R gets up off his knees from "serving" the left, let's see how impartial he'll be in his Kerry interview. I no longer believe a word O'R says. He's just as hypocritical as the dims.
It's generally true that most people don't know what they have until it's gone. Ronald Reagan is a prime example. In office, he was ridiculed and demeaned by the press. Today, historians are falling over themselves descibing the greatness of his vision.
The same will hold true for W. The press excoriates him today. While we're waiting for New York City to stop being radioactive, he will also be lauded as a great visionary.
The world is truly in peril. This surge in oil prices is not an accident.
It amazes me that people are just now realizing that O'reilly is not only a pompous ass, but a phony as well. I knew it years ago.</

Darn it, I meant "servicing" the left - not "serving".
My opinion of O'Reilly is that he's just a D!(khead. I haven't watched his lame show in over a year now...
JF'nK will win the debates, no matter how GWB performs.
The Media will proclaim it in every outlet, and that is all that The Sheep will hear.
And The Sheep will believe. That's what Sheep do.
