Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Still round the corner there may wait...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

If the don't note deficiences, then the regulators will assume that they didn't look close enough. Neat system, huh?
Oh yeah, really "neat".
Kinda like the way you'd call crap that sticks to your shoe "neat". *rolls eyes*

Yah... that's sorta how I look at it. It's stuff that you find on the bottom of your shoe.

Will there ever come a day where the government isn't trying to find another way to stifle business? It never ceases to amaze me.

Evenin, Jen!
I was thinking more along the lines of actual CRAP. Much more accurate in this scenario, methinks. ;-)

Mamma used to get out this big ol' spoon, dip it in the Vicks Salve, then sprinkle sugar on it. I took it to bed with me like a lollipop.
And yet, somehow, I live ...
Try it!

So... how goes NaNoWriMo planning? My plot's still stuck somewhere around, oh, Act II Scene 4 (I'm not really numbering things like this)
My pre-Nano writing is coming pretty well. It almost has a plot, 4000 words in.

Goose liver/cream cheese/sweet pickle relish/mustard sandwiches!!!

Mine is a travelogue of thirteen planets, with a minimum of character.
I figure 5000 words per planet should do the trick ... and some of those planets are doozies!
