Yes, he did, and that was during the time of the apostles, when miraculous things were happening.

HOLY SPIRIT IS ALIVE AND WELL IN CHINA AND OTHER PLACES.

You sound very ill-informed.

The BIBLE IS ABUNDANTLY CLEAR about the miracles HOLY SPIRIT will be fostering in the end times.

Perhaps you'd do well to read those parts again and again until they sink in.

Miraculous things birthed of God have never quit happening.

It's His nature.

They have withered out in this or that area of the world. They have become relatively infrequent in terms of weeks or months. But they have never quit happening.

A thorough enough reading of world and church history proves this in abundance.
