MUCH PREFERRED to have avoided any such input as the following. Alas, I feel far too constrained in my spirit to quench or resist any longer. May the truly spiritually discerning offer their assessment and confirmation or disconfirmation publically or via FREEPMAIL as they may be led.

This is primarily addressed to the father of those who feel less than loved, understood and intimately related to him. However, there's plenty in it for all those of his attitude and convictions on the essence of the issues assaulted by them.

[Lord, help me to remember it, get it as felt and not more nor less] . . .

1) Most of the more broken, of contrite heart and discerning hereon have been the way of the following. Most of us probably through repeated wash and hung-out-to-dry cycles. Some of us seem to have required many runs around the same mountain being slow to learn some of such lessons. Mercifully, God has been careful to repeatedly throw us in the fiery furnaces of affliction; on the Heavenly operating table and will likely do so at His pleasure conforming us to the image of His son as long as we abide in this time/space dimension.

2) USN DAD: CONSIDER WHAT YOU HOLD DEAREST. I don't know if it is one of your 8 children; your spouse; your job; your home; your position in a church; your knowledge; your health. WHATEVER IT IS, in the not too distant future, God will turn you every which way but loose through that dearest thing and possibly through several most dear things.

3) You will utterly despair as a Loving Father seeks redemptively to break whatever's hindering His Highest within you--whether it's hardness of heart, ego, smugness, self-righteousness or whatever. Even you will urgently and repeatedly cry out for a miracle, perhaps a set of miracles to bring relief in the area of that which you hold most dear.

4) When that day comes, whether soon or delayed, you will remember this thread and feel very sorrowful for your stance, your attitude and probably each word. Hopefully, you will also feel repentant and act accordingly. I certainly forgive you in advance as I trust do all other like minded hereon. The goal is to be comformed to the Image of His Son, regardless of the cost.

5) I don't know that your efforts on this thread have set such up. My personal sense is that such was already scheduled. Your words hereon may have hastened that day.
