LISA continued to strengthen during the day, despite moving over some colder water, and has reached minimal hurricane status. Convection has wrapped center, and analysis from the NHC shows the cyclone has the required winds.
LISA will not likely to retain this status, and will likely only be a hurricane for this forecast package.
LISA will start becoming extratropical tomorrow night, and on Sunday will merge with the remnants of JEANNE.
