October Surprise:

The release of some prisoners of war -- whether from North Korea, Viet Nam, or Iran, I don't know. But my first guess is that there have been secret negotiations for either a prisoner exchange or an out-right release by the other Country and it is to occur in October.

OR, it could be that Jacques Chirac will come crawling to President Bush begging his forgiveness and pardon for being such a "fru-fru-french poodle" over the war against Terrorism.

OR, the President is going to announce another National Holiday for October 15th: Native American Day.
