Oh, his handlers just have him freshly botoxed and chemically tanned for his big performance. They think it makes him look young and vibrant. I guess the orange tan is supposed to make him more appealing to Floridians and Californians. Unfortunately for Mr. Kerry, neither tox nor tan is going to help him with his brain and his mouth.
