yeah, I watched the debate and am now hearing the talking heads, includung Rush, telling all about Kerry winning the debate, I disagree, I think President Bush won the debate, because even though he had plenty of oppertunity to jump all over Kerry for his remarks and out right lies, he didn't.
He was very calm and to the point and, well, quite presidential!
I don't understand why everyone is so upset that Bush didn't jump down Kerry's throat. that's just not his style. He's a Christian and a Gentleman.
This is bad.
I have enough trouble keeping soup in a spoon.
It's NOT making my job of keeping clean any easier when eating with a utensil that has openings in the bottom!

I'm with you that Bush is a gentleman, and that's why he held his phire.
I kinda wish he had kicked it up a notch, but I think he was tired.
He could have done better, but I don't think he really hurt himself. Time will tell!

He works better in a town hall setting, and even better as un underdog!

Yes, 43 DID act like that! And he had good points, not lies like kerry! But he did get that irritated look sometimes. And kerry did better than expected, so GWB didn't seeeem to win like he could have...but you're right, he didn't go nuts on kerry like he could have either, proving he's a strong, Christian man who's very presidetial!
All they seem to want him to do is to attack Kerry.
