I guess some people just have a different point of view but why do people hate Bill O'Reilly? I've watched him for a long time and I've read all his books. I have been unable to watch his program for the last month, has he done something wrong?
Yes he posted a vanity when there was already a thread going.

Had that happened, three thousand freepers, with the third always being Howlin', would have pinged the moderators and posted snide comments in attempts to elevate themselves in some superior feelin' way, driving poor Bill away forever...
*ping*, lol.
Ouch! That smarts!

He's an egotistical, self-serving, bloviating bully whose uninformed opinions on subjects, like the veracity of the Swift Boat Vets, show that he has little regard for the truth.
Truth be told, I don't hate Bill O'Reilly. I've just no use for him....
My thoughts precisely! His self-aggrandizing really gets on my nerves.
The worst of O'Reilly:
Oh be kind, I made a mistake, don't be harsh.
Drudge mentioned today that Bill's radio program is syndicated by Viacom (CBS' parent) hence the softness on the Rather fake memo fiasco.
