I was curious to see if I got the same result others reported when I ran the google query "OETR, Bush". Other threads had indicated that they got several pre 9/8/04 hits with the wrong acronym "OETR" instead of the correct acronym "OER", and that these pages were exclusively from DNC or Kerry websites. This, of course, would be strong evidence of conspiracy on the part of the kerry campaign and cBS. The results of the query were all post 60 minutes II airing on 9/8/04.
Has Google been scrubbed? Is this something the dems could do on the sly as a CYA maneuver?
Just curious.
What does OER mean?
officer evaluation report
Hmmmmm. Dont think so. Use literals like "OETR"

I get about 100 hits.
Thanks!
Yes, but are there any remaining hits prior to 9/8/2004. I don't see any.
I don't know if it's exactly possible to scrub google. If you update a page and request a rescan, I assume that google will reflect the new content. If you remove a page, it might show up in the google archives.
It should show up in the cache.

That's off a google cached page. 16 sep. They cannot scrub google. too big
I got 658 hits for "OETR, Bush", point is, none of them predated 9/8/04.
That appears to be taken from news stories of the day. Did the Boston Globe publish the memos before CBS?
Sorry. I was looking at info in the thread not the article itself.
