FRESNO, Calif. (AP) - Americans are eating more cheese than ever - more than 30 pounds a person per year - and they're eating a wider variety as well, according to a national survey released Tuesday by the California Milk Advisory Board.

In 2003, Americans ate a record 8.8 billion pounds of cheese - that's two and a half pounds a month for every man, woman and child.

Well, first the toilet paper didn't tear straight again. Don't you hate it when that happens? I mean, you're trying to rip it clean and you get this little vertical strip that goes all the way around the tube, and then you have to unroll the thing and pick at it to get it started again. Masking tape sometimes does that too. Duct tape doesn't ever do that but you shouldn't try to use it as toilet paper unless you also want that depilatory effect to start your morning off. Plus it isn't biodegradable like toilet paper is, so if the ATF does raid your house by mistake you'll find it real hard to explain why you were flushing it. Me, I'd prefer to avoid the risk, myself.

Oh, and there was some other stuff about a war and an election and a worldwide catastrophe that's about to kill millions, but I really don't have time for trivia, do you?
