Really? I don't have the money to invest, but sounds like you have a head for business. I guess that's how people make money, and I guess that's why I'm just a working stiff, amazed at how some make their millions...LOL

Creative real estate blossoms after tragedy. Creative deals, financing etc.. I do believe in Win/Win. not taking BAD advantage of tragedy

(BTW.. I was a commercial real estate agent in NC for 10 years.. did learn a few things.) was a CCIM... which prolly means NOTHING to most here.. but it is prestigious. I was good. I knew it. And I did make lots of money.
