How does CBS explain the 2 (out of the 6) memos that weren't run on the show? One of their experts disputed the one that she saw and examined. Cherry picking veracity (memos) from the same source implies that they knew that they were all false. Perhaps they ran with the least likely to be detected of the litter.
Perhaps they selected only the fake memos whose contents they felt were the most accurate.
Another vanity post from a newbie. It's starting to smell like ozone here.

We've had a lot of new folks join up recently. Welcome aboard, this thread is a gentle reminder of some basic posting guidelines. (And for some of you old timers as well) Please read the follow, and ask any questions. We will all try to help you out.
Another dog that hasn't barked is the Bush campaign and administration response. The MSM claims they are the most vicious dirty trick artists ever. Where is the libel suit mad dog W filed against CBS? Where is that devil Ashcroft's criminal investigation for fraud there? All I've heard is Chris Cox and a small minority of his GOP colleagues calling for hearings in the House.
Thanks for the gentle correction. I will read your link to
become more familiar with the rules for posting.
I think that the Bush administration and campaign feel that the best approach is to let the Left, DNC, and their CBS propaganda minions collapse on their own.
This is a good approach. Comments on this scandal would come off as attacks, giving the Lefties an opening for a counter-attack defense that would play well in the MSM. Right now, trying to defend the forgeries and bias has the rest of the MSM keeping their distance from CBS, Dan Blather, and the DNC.
This story is killing the Kerry campaign - the Bush campaign is wisely leaving the fatal hemorrhage alone.
Very true.
Rather I'm pointing out how the Bush nonresponse doesn't match his media stereotype.
Until someone in the MSM comes up with the spin that Pres. Bush is 'too stupid' to respond effectively to the situation. :-)
we don't bite, really. Laz may gnaw on your leg, but no biting.
