Oh good.. so it's still there and just in temporary sand bars. That helps a lot.

I just don't know how or when it will all be rebuilt, Pup. I've seen a lot of the damage, and it makes my heart hurt. How do those poor people go on?

Then you see places like Haiti and the loss of life and how they're living. It's so heartbreaking. At least over here we have insurance and a government that will help the needy. How do those poor souls go on? I don't know how they will live thru the disease now on top of it.

Day to day, gran. As for our being blessed, we are indeed. I'd add, however, that it is not the government that "will help the needy" but the willingness of the American people to do so both privately and through their government.
