You're different sexes, so anything he says to you that you don't like is sexual harassment.
You need to document it (keep a diary) and file on him.

Funny you should mention that. My chiropractor told me to look up the word "harassment" today so I did (his wife is in a similar situation but with a female idiot lead). I'm afraid things will get worse for me if I use that word, but I can't think of any other way to explain what is going on. Even though he's not "sexually" harassing me (not only would that would be revolting beyond compare but I'd never stand for it. I've had all sorts of self defense and law enforcement training. But with him, all I'd have to do is stand up, tower over him, and poke his gelatinous mass and the baby would run off crying like he typically does). So, I'm in a bind, I fear. The manager always has taken his side even though he does this to others too. I've been documenting everything since this started in the spring and have two files on him.
