I love crab legs... on crabs.
BTW.. Arafat's health worsens again... Can this day get any better!?!
Oh, yes, yes it is. Would it be wrong of me to gloat? Just a little? :)
uh, for Judy Woodruff's head to stop swiveling around and around and around ....
Naw, go ahead... I'll join ya :)
sweet, where are ya ?
I just emailed CNN, asking them why they've not updated their election results map, as it still shows New Mexico and Iowa as yet undecided. The votes are in, guys! give it up. You look pitiful. We'll see if they respond.
Speaking of gloating.... The President carried our state by a 58 to 41 percent margin....
I'll be surprised if you get a direct response to your question, more likely just an auto-response of your emial. In the bad old BFN (before FoxNews) days, I used to call or fax them about once a day, mad as blazes over something or the other that some fool said. I never got a genuine answer on the phone or by fax. I'm sooooooo glad they're dying on the vine.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Go ahead and gloat. Kerry got California's 55 ev's by 10% or so. I'm not sure what the final count is, because the Ca. Sec. of State's website seems to be down. California has once again demonstrated it's irrelevance in presidential elections.
Well, yeah, you could look at it that way but, then, you could also look at the more than 4 million votes President Bush received in California and say, there is hope for us.
Ok, I have a confession..... despite that wonderful, lopsided victory for President Bush and the history making first Republican U.S. Senator ever elected from the state of Louisiana, Baton Rouge elected a democrat mayor over the republican incumbent.
Well... we all have to make sacrfices. I suspect a rat mayor in BR is better than a rat mayor in NYC.
An American Indian, a cowboy, and an Arab strike up a conversation in the airport passenger lounge awaiting their flights. Their discussion drifts to their diverse cultures. Soon the two Westerners learn that the Arab is a devout, radical Muslim and the conversation falls into an uneasy lull. The cowboy leans back in his chair, crosses his boots on a magazine table and tips his big sweat-stained hat over his face. The wind outside is blowing, and the old windsock is flapping; but still no plane comes.
Finally, the Indian clears his throat and softly speaks, "At one time here, my people were many, but sadly, now we are few."
The Muslim raises an eyebrow and leans forward, "Once my people were few," he sneers, "but now we are many. Why do you suppose that is?"
The Texas cowboy shifts his toothpick to one side of his mouth and from the darkness beneath his Stetson says in his Texas drawl, "That's 'cause we ain't played Cowboys and A-rabs yet. . . but I do believe it's a-comin'."
I haven't seen this video before... a moving tribute to President Bush. I'm still tearing up.

Oh Pup.. that is so true. What a great pic of the two of them. :)
Oops.. guess I killed the thread.. Night all. ;)
.....Westy......
Gak.
Johnny's estate should sue.
What a pos production is this.
Yep. I do my best work when I'm barely conscious.
Lord have mercy, this has been the toughest day I've had yet at this job. I need a blue thingy and to vent before I explode. I haven't even had time for a proper celebration of the election, or heck, even to find out the details of who won what where. So just a warning.....anybody hanging around when I get into my pajamas and get my blue thingy might get an earful!
