Doubt they contest vote if it is over 1/2 percent. Bush is about 1-1/2 percent above Kerry in Ohio. Lots of abseentee ballots yet, but even if split 50-50 would not change situation. OH IS OURS. FL IS OURS...US IS OURS!!!
I saw somewhere in my surfing where Suzie Estrich (what the hell has she done to her face? Too tight face lift?) has said that lawsuits are being filed as we type.
It seemed the info from Ohio was turning well about an hour or so ago. Confirmed win. Kerry must be trying to figure out a legal claim, but it's too big a lead, and the country won't forgive so easily this time (do it Kerry do it!)

I just don't want to wake up in the middle of the night and hear that some states have gone back into the undecided column, as I did in 2000. I remember it clearly. I had gone to bed not knowing who'd won, got up awhile later, turned on the TV, and saw that Bush had been declared the winner. I did a little happy dance in the living room, went back to bed. I woke up a little while later, turned on the radio, and heard the bad news. I really hope that doesn't happen this time.
About that mustard coat - is that a Carhart barn coat? First time I saw it, that's what I that it was. Then somebody else said it was an L L Bean coat. I guess L. L. Bean would be the more likely choice Kerry. I just thought that he would wear a Carhart in Colorado to pretend to be one of the "guys".

The margins are too heavy, so I hope kerry does it. The GOP base will be better than ever for the next decade.
It also appears that Bush will win the popular US vote with 51%+. It's been 16 years since a President took over 50% of the vote.

ROFLOL....glad you caught me after I came back. Oh, I am soooo glad I found you guys here tonight. It has been love at first sight. My husband thinks I am nuts...he's playing solitare while watching TV. But, he predicted Bush alll along. said 58%. But, hey, it is good to have a man of strong faith leading...even in the home, as well as the country. I ammmm so relieved tonite.
I just looked at both CBS and CNN's websites. They still haven't updated the EV counts. They both still have Bush at 246.
