Welcome to the club! There is at least one anti Bush add on every commercial break. ACT has been leaving me crap on my answering machine everyday this week. Kirsten Dunst left a message this morning, deleted it before she made her plea.

Quite a weather shock from what you're accustomed to, eh Loddy?

Oh, I saw that creep a couple of times on FoxNews this week, too.... I fear that he is a harbinger of things to come unless the President wins by such a decisive margin that no legitimate lawyer would risk his career just to flail away on a dead horse

I'm glad you like it. I can't believe I forgot about it back when you first moved to your new place.

I am watching this movie, The Day After Tomorrow. Is it just me, or is this one of the hokiest films to come along in a long time? I like a good disaster film as much as the next person, but most of them at least have a kernal of believeability.

"..... runs from sundown on Oct. 31 to sundown on Nov. 1st, it is my birthday. As is The Day of the Dead and All Saints Day.

I am told I am also a Triple Scorpio, whatever that is."

Not sure but I'm thinkin it means that you're neither dead nor a Saint. :) LOL

I didn't see it but I think hokiest is the way most rational people described it... It didn't stay around at the boxoffices for long.

Yeah, well, it's not exactly a high drama seat gripper. I suppose on the big screen the special effects might be kinda cool, but little more. All special effects and sensationalism. Political agenda pathetically evident...and lame.

I will attempt to watch it when it comes to cable TV... which sounds like it may be soon. Where the special effects any good? They looked cool in the trailer.

IIRC, it has some pretty decent actors... thats probably how it managed to get reviewed at all, that along with it's PC agenda.

Not much acting involved, in my opinion.

The a**h*le VP in this film is obviously intended to be Cheney, who sees the "error of his ways" at the end.

Oh, Barf ! Trashing Cheney is a loser's pasttime. I expect he pays more attention to a gnat than he does any of those Cheney/Halliburton/"Big Awl" fools.

I hope your priest is a pubbie :)

The priests in our parish don't tell us how to vote ..

They just ask for us to pray for the election and to follow our conscience .. right after they tell us the evils of abortion :0)
