In Houston we had large gators and a lost manatee within a mile of the city center, plus deer, feral hogs, and every conceivable kind of smaller critter.

We get the turkey vultures AND wild turkeys. I see both with some regularity. Lots of racoons, possum, armadillos and skunks and a few beavers, razorbacks and foxes. Also get the occasional adventurous bear or mountain lion, although they're not seen too often.

Little princess came home today with an 'I voted' sticker on her shirt. Her mom asked her who she voted for and she said 'President Boosh'. Jenna also said that Bush won although the results aren't supposed to be out for another forty-eight hours. LOL
