I support the right of others to skydive nude, and for spectators on the ground to take photos of them as they land. :)

The skydiving days have been over for a long time now. I miss it, had the time of my life, but it's just not something I can do anymore. Plus, I married a non-skydiver (or whuffo as they are affectionately referred to). Since skydiving is a pretty time-consuming and expensive sport, it can be rough on marriages. We both shoot, so that works out. However, I find that shooting gets very, very, expensive. I've spent more on firearms, ammo and range fees than I ever spent on skydiving.

Tell that nincompoop that we're trying to elect a president not a "secret shopper". My God, do people actually base a decision about a presidential candidate's qualifications on whether or not they do their own shopping ? FOFLOL And a person like that has the audacity to call President Bush dumb ? HeavenHelpUsAll !

Well, FWIW, before he and Laura married I believe he did do his own shopping and laundry... Laura said in an interview with either Good Housekeeping or Ladies Home Journal that before he was elected, he always took their clothes to the cleaners and picked them up and that he drove car pool when the twins were younger. Of course, everyone knows, or at least every woman knows, that he makes Laura's coffee and serves it to her in bed every morning. :)

Just dang.

What a small world we live in - who'd a thunk that your jump master would one day run for the Presidency?

Stay safe out there, Shootist.

Actually, he wasn't my jumpmaster. I was already a licensed skydiver when I started jumping at Madera. I learned to jump at an itty bitty drop zone in Idaho, populated by burned-out jumpers who didn't seem to have much else going on.
