LOL...I hope you had a nice afternoon on Red Rover, Westy.
Yes, they blew up some more bridge today. Lordy, we should have charged the networks to show it and we would have had our city budget covered for the year.
To: Conservababe
Well, I didn't get rained on, but there wasn't many folks on the trail....
A white domestic rabbit has taken up a home along the river by the high school stadium parking lot...Been there mostof the summer....surprised some dog hasn't gotten him/her....
More trees are turning...summer has really gone.....

Well, get that white rabbit and bring it home.
I know what you mean about the fall. I feel my depression setting in already. Someday I will leave this godforsaken county and live in the South.
To: Conservababe
Probably have to shoot it...Stays one jump from the brush along the river....Think that would have the gendarmes all upset....
Is Missouri damn yankee country??? Or do you want to head for Baja????

Well, Westy, if you have to shoot the rabbit, do so when it is time. It is better than it freezing or starving to death.
Yes, Missouri is Yankee country. And no Baja for me, thank you. I want the deep south....green and warm, too.

Hey Cuttn, :) I just went to a dinner party given by some friends who lived in Buenos Aires for a couple of years. They served a couple of red wines from Argentina that I thought were very good. If I'm not mistaken ... (wouldn't be the first time today, FOFLOL) ... one was a 2001 Cheval des Andes and the other a 2000 Acheval Ferrer Finca Altamira. Think the vintages are right but I'm not at all sure of the spelling. :)
Swervie, .38sw, thought the two of you might be interested in trying these, if you haven't already, that is :)

One more time....
Don't think the rabbit will freeze or starve....Other critters make it through the winter here...
Another thought...Why didn't you keep the snake and put it in the pop-up to take care of the mice????
Supper time coming up..BBL

Yeah, it is an unusual week. I had a 3 day conference to go to, and tomorrow is mandatory quarterly training. They just happened to fall the same week. Be glad when it's over though. I'm going to be SO behind next week!

"I'm thinking that hairdo is for some strange reason is deliberate" Have you looked through a hairstyle magazine in a beauty salon lately? Geez....most ALL of them look like something the cat drug in. And the colors! Blech! Their hair looks like an experiment with magic markers gone terribly awry!
To: Lakeshark; Conservababe
I thought the rattler one sounded too much like a baseball team :( and might scare others off (Conservababe?) Now everyone just thinks of me as the cleaning lady. Not that there is anything wrong with that. *sniff, sniff*
