There is a definite delay in the postings - others, on other threads are asking about it...even on high-speed, it is whacky.

Patience, I guess.

I've even had it be enough of a delay that after the pager would ping me, there wouldn't be a post on the thread right away. Weird. Maybe the DUhmmies have unleashed gremlins on FR.

I wish you'd quit trying to put Westy six feet under - it's way too soon.

I'm not trying to put Westy six feet under. Westy, the nicest and grumpiest old man, has been trying to do that to himself....very much prematurely. He has been less grumpy since he got Red Rover, though.

Yes, the pet door is a great idea. Do your suppose he might want a poodle dog or another breed?

(Westy, I love you)

They are wonderful companions. Both my FIL and BIL's family had several of them. Just great animals.

I only have pet jumping spiders (only 'cause I can't catch them).
I don't see how he'd get to them. Besides, it was the day we
were packing to go somewhere, I was dazed. So I had every
right to make a bad pun, under the circumstances. Can't you
give me some credit here?

Great tag - but to the question, that's why God created Raid.

Hey sis.
Where's dad?
Ask him what it means when the exhaust pipe on the car is rusted through in a 1 inch patch around the blowout and looks like cracked dry mud?

But she has such a CUTE pet jumping spider!
(Unfortunately, we can't put him in a terrarium and have bug penny bouts.. he's too quick.)

Westy, I have been researching Schnauzers after reading your post. I'm thinking a getting a small dog myself. Those miniature Schnauzers are so cute. They only weigh a maximum of eighteen pounds. They need daily combing and lots of exercise. But, the breeders say that they can be exercised in the house by throwing tennis balls to retrieve. I can do that.

There is one I meet down on the upriver trail, Fritz, he is a solid light gray and think he owns the trail...Checks everyone out before they get permission to use it...lol..Didn't know what to make of me on Red Rover, but finally gave me the okay to ride on his trail....His mistress is pushing 80 and still working in her accounting business...Don't know how much exercise he gets beyond his trail walk most days...Lays under her desk most of the day.....

Ack - I'm ready for 3 November, and all the lawsuits. We may have a new, or the same suit, in charge by May Day this year.

Bleeh.

A pox on both your houses.

Schnauzers are tenacious little dogs with lots of character. I had one once. He thought he was the toughest dog in the neighborhood....and had them convinced of it as well.

Oh, I didn't realize that the dog with the attitude was a Schnauzer. Yes, it sounds like the definition of their personality in my breeder research.

I just thought of something, Westy. You could take the little dog on your rides in the basket on Red Rover. I would probably have to put up a little fenced in area in my yard to give a dog fresh air and sunshine.

A dog the size of Fritz wouldn't fit in the basket...Put a harness on him, put the Rover in neutral and let him tow me....lol...
