Yup, I read the UN thing.
Insane.
The more vocal of the enviiros don't seem to actually care about the environment so much as they care about controlling what someone else is doing.
And so long as they themselves are exempted from their own rigid unyielding constraints they would artificially apply to everyone else.
Basically a Kindergarten worldview of "You can't have that because I said not, but I can have it."

"I honestly have a hard time believing this is so close still." I think the polling data is contrived. Never underestimate the RAT fraud vote though. Still, I do see way more Kerry signs and bumper stickers than I'm comfortable with. Apparently there is no shortage of stupid people around.
