You sure have mellowed over the years.
I expected a classic Moism along the lines of YOUCANKISSMYASS

SMTP stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, and is the standard was email is transfered over the net.

Why would I have an extension to my SMTP? McAfee just popped up and said I needed to remove an extension to be secure.

Who knows? But I would just delete it.
If it's important, sender will call you or resend.
If not, you may have just saved your machine.

When I open Outlook to my e-mail the window pops up with someone else's addy on it (the from box, or top box)). I can click down in the top box and get my own addy on it.
This is strange.

Man!
I don't know. I've gone to IncrediMail for mail and Maxthon for my browser...both are MS clones/improvements/whatever - but they work great for me.
I do the auto-updates for XP and try to keep current on all the other protection updates.
Good luck with it, LS.

I got cloned on the Microsoft Word because of a friendly attactment I received in the e mail so I saved it on Word now everytime I open word for a new document I get "Can you name this country!"
I delete and have a blank page but I am working with compaq to undo it!
Guess I will have to delete MS word and download again!
I also got a thing called Clone Attact it is a green fact and yellow orange eyes!
I got rid of that I guess it was a Holoween trick!
