I have no idea what a diaphragma is. I suppose it may be related to vulcanism, something to do with magma perhaps?
The poster probably didn't mean diaphragm either, that would make no sense what so ever.
Although I think that it is a leap to assume that the poster was a he/she. The poster might as well be heterosexual. To dwell on someone's sexuality is uncalled for.
