Oh I've had lots of injured pride :-) No problems there. I've also pretty much done a number on my hip joints as well. The hips are a combination of things, really, but sometimes I can't decide wether or not horseback has helped or hurt. (Mostly I wonder that when I can't get out of bed in the morning) However, I have been free of back injuries, so I'm lucky on that one.

Well, that IS a good thing.
I have been very happy with glucosamine/chondroitin with Ester C. It really seems to work. I was standing outside on a cold damp day for over an hour before I realized that neither my knee nor my finger were hurting . . . Apparently the Vitamin C is necessary for the body to absorb the g/c.
Yoga (the mild kind, not the crazy kind) is good for increasing hip joint flexibility.
