Chicken noodle soup with plenty of garlic and hot peppers.

Sudafed is your friend. If you take enough, it will lower your chances of a sinus infection by keeping everything open.

Pseudoephedrine, the main med in Sudafed, works great for my kids during the day but I can't give it to them at night. They act like, I don't know...hummingbirds on acid. I gave Pediacare Nighttime to my toddler for the first time last night. It dried him out enough to let him sleep, but he still had coughing spells through the night which kept ME up.

Garlic is great for colds, with the only unfortunate side effect being, what's the genteel word...increased flatulence. I must admit, I have made the dog get up and leave the room on occasion.

Net, isn't there some kind of juice that naturally and quickly clears up UTCs? For some reason I'm thinking its cranberry juice.
