It appears you have an error in your URL for the photos:
http://earth.prohosting.com/Iraqi_War_Ve_29540.gif
Should be:
http://earth.prohosting.com/iraqvet/Iraqi_War_Ve_29540.gif
The address you're linking to is
http://earth.prohosting.com/My%20Documents/My%20Pictures/Chris/chris2.JPG
My experience with the picture not showing was with the link being created on my own PC was in the html as on my C: drive. Make sure the <img src="... command is looking to the directory where you uploaded the pics.
Are you getting any error? OR is it displaying after a delay? It's been my (limited) experience that .bmp and .gif files take 2 to 3 times more to load than a jpg. Check the source URL address to be sure you don't have typos, and are going to the correct location. Also, are there any limitations to your allotted web page size? Are you surpassing some limit?
The link to your first image is:
http://earth.prohosting.com/iraqvet/..%5CIraqi_War_Ve_29540.gif
That's not where the picture is located.
Try:
http://earth.prohosting.com/iraqvet/Iraqi_War_Ve_29540.gif
Also, try to save all non-animated images in .jpg format, not bmp.
The filepaths for the photos point to directories on your computer, {My%20Documents/My%20Pictures/ }, when they should be pointing to a directory on the hosting computer.
Might want to cut back on the text a little, too.
I don't know that bmps show up in html. Just use jpgs for photographs, and gifs for drawings, cartoons, web buttons, backgrounds, etc.
make sure that your pictures are listed as <img src="filename.jpg" and with the closing tag. If your images are in a separate folder, you have to include that folder's name in the img src name: <img src="photos/filename.jpg" close the tag.
