One thing that I have noticed lately is that many local talk radio stations have some sort of forum where listeners can post their commments and discuss issues with other listeners. These forums are often small and under-utilized but, as there is not much traffic and the radio stations want these forums to grow, you have a high probability of getting something you posted read on the air. If you have something that you want to say and want to get a lot of people to hear you, check out some of these forums.
One of my favorites is this one here:

If you check out chaincast, you can get a list of many of these stations, and listen while you are doing other tasks. Most of them have emails for their forums, and often read emails from listeners.
Nathan's right.
In fact, WRKO Boston reads listerner's mail on the air.
Favorite shows Moe Lauzier (Saturday morning 5-8) www.issuesoftheday.com and Howie Carr (weekdays 3-7).
Howie's show has streaming video so you can listen online.
He's a hoot.
He often mentions FR on the show (ohh and his site has some interesting pictures of JF'n as well)
Thank you all for your replies. This may not be the easiest way to reach millions, but reaching hundreds is a good way to reach thousands to reach millions. :)
BTW, the KLBJ forum went from zero to seven guests since I posted a link to their forum.
If you can get the streaming audio to work on http://www.590klbj.com, they have a guy from Stratfor.com on and, in between shooting down CBS, they are having some good discussion on terrorism.
