# CLEVELAND -- Carmella DeCesare, 22, is used to being in the spotlight but the Playmate of the Year from Westlake had to call a lawyer before making a public appearance.
She posted bond and stayed out of jail just in time for her to make a public appearance at Valley View restaurant Thursday night.
A local woman accused the playmate of assaulting her at a nightclub in the warehouse district.
Court documents released today say DeCesare kicked Kristen Hine in the head. Hine got a restraining order then police issued a warrant for Decesare's arrest. Channel 3 went to Hine's home but there was no answer.
In the meantime, before coming the Quaker Steak and Lube in Valley View, the playmate posted bond and agreed to make a court appearance in the morning. For now, she's just pleasing fans.
DeCesare's mom, Carmen, says they do have plenty to say but lawyers instructed them not to comment about the case until it's over. Both Carmella and her mom insist she's not guilty of assault. They'll be in court Friday morning.
