Kitty Caption LXVI – No Special Theme (Again) – (Humor/Meow Alerts)

No special theme this week. Combination of Labor Day weekend, post RNC recovery, and watching the news regarding Hurricane Frances, which caused much destruction over Florida (I have some relatives that live there).
Dont look now, but there is another hurricane churning in the Atlantic (Hurricane Ivan). Projections are early, but this storm may hit the United States sometime the weekend of September 10-12, so those of us in the Gulf States (myself included) need to stay updated on this.
Here are the kitty pictures this week. First two are random selections. Enjoy.
Cat brushing his own teeth, there goes trip to vet.

Cat in a baby carriage. Talk about a pampered puss.

The other two cats are random selections from a Houston FR member.
The Houston Chronicle So biased the scoop, need something else at which to poop.

I read your mind it says CAT --- TIME TO FEED CAT.

If we could get helmets on all three, we'd turn 'em loose on the Dread Boston Salty and have a Boston-baiting!
At which point Spot would climb the nearest curtain, Dolly would retreat to the fridge top hissily, and Dennis would roll over on his back and show his humongous belly.

Xenalyte: Is that your cat, Dolly? (the one with her paws on the person's forhead in the photo above?)!!!
She looks EXACTLY like Mingus! Mingus also has multi-colored paw leather and black spots in her mouth. What kind of cat is Dolly? Do you know her parentage?
Here's some pics of Mingus!

That's Dolly (whose real name is Sabrina, but we almost never call her that), and she has her paws on my eyes, kind of. No black spots in the mouth, though.
Dolly is an utter mutt cat. She was the only girl in her litter - her two brothers were solid-black panther types. She was about half their size and was putting the smack down on 'em when I went to pick one up, and I had to have the tough little girl.
She's 11 now, and such the pistol. She doesn't seem to have slowed down at all, except by choice; she can still front up with the best. She keeps the other two in line, Dennis with beotch-slaps and Spot with no-nonsense forehead-lickings.
Mingus looks like he could be Dolly's brother!

Okay, sister. I've only ever met one Mingus, and he was a he . . . but now I'm one-for-one on Mingi!

putting the smack down on 'em when I went to pick one up, and I had to have the tough little girl. Wow....that sounds like my Mingus, the huntress!!! She's been bringing home vermin almost her own size, and she charges at German Shepards, etc. What part of Texas are you in?

Trying blowing bubbles at her. I use a bubble toy at my cats, but they don't like it when they burst on them.

The three feisty felines, along with the DBS and my boyfriend and me, reside in west Houston. Where are y'all?

Mingus and us live in W. Tx. I've seen a cat in the neighborhood that could have been her litter-mate, but we're SO CURIOUS as to her origins what with her multi-colored and spotted coat(she was a spayed stray who adopted us)

"Is your kitty missing a fang?" All but one of his canine teeth and several of the others. Nermal is nearly 17 years old, but he can still take down a troll with one paw tied behind his back.

She is a retired fighter who is held in high esteem by her peers. Despite age and injuries, she still on occasion, will hunt Trolls.
