USB Controller: Enabled
USB Legacy Support: Disabled
USB Port 60/40 Emulation: Disabled
Changed USB Controller to Disabled, saved and exited. No effect; fault condition persists. Changed back.
I'm old enough that we had a "smoking pit" at our high school. But even then the bathrooms were still always smoke-filled.
For four long years, you had the choice of occasionally smelling like smoke, or chosing not to pee between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Sorry, I don't. Second-hand computer, you see. Frightfully incomplete...a box, a power supply, a board, a processor...and a 3-1/2". In other words, perfect for trasplanting my HD, CDs and stuff :)
If that doesn't work, it may require a jumper setting too. Incidentally, do you know what version of USB is on the card?
Another side benefit of homeschooling - smoke-free bathrooms!
That whole thread is beyond ridiculous.
Who gives a crap if the girl smoked or didn't smoke or smells like smoke or farts smoke signals?
If the worst thing she's done as a teenager is smoke a cigarette, then please Lord let me be so lucky with my kids!!!
I'll try the other thing you said.
Can't find anything about the USB board, though.
When you change "USB Controller" to Disabled, the option to change the other two is disabled.
I'll try enabling "USB Legacy Support" with "USB Controller" Enabled, just for kicks.
I really appreciate this, and it's nearly time for me to close down for the night.
Darn...my code doesn't work at all. I'm not even getting to the debugging statements. Argh.
Ok, fired off a message to the TA. This is one class where emailing the professor is certain not to help, I doubt he checks his email after 6, unlike every other professor...
Good night everyone...Steve'll be home soon and I'm gonna pop myself some corn and watch some TV.
Nighty night, 2J!
"Disabled",
"Keyboard/FDD",
and "KB/Mouse/FDD".
Thanks anyway :)
*grinning at you*
