No More Picking on O'Reilly

Ok, I haven't watched Bill O'Reilly in a loooong time as I tired of his bloviating. Switching around channels tonight I accidently came across his show. I was surprised. He was calm, articulate, and actually made sense! When did he get this new persona, I like it. I must say his appearance has changed somewhat since I last watched. I like the new personality and the new look. It's good to have an O'Reilly I can stomach!

You must have a cast iron stomach to digest the populist crap that O'Reilly serves up.

I thought it was a little funny, but it pales in comparison to the way the loony left is acting. I bet they only get wackier, and very soon!

LOL, I was about to change channels before Tony Snow showed up. I wish they would keep him and boot O'Really.

Someone posted a piece by Ann Coulter recently which skewered O'Reilly for his position on the Swift Boat Vets.
Actually the one thing I really can't stand about O'Reilly is his "I'm not a conservative" spin. Sure he's not a movement conservative, he takes the occasional position that rankles most of us here on FR. Yeah, in the Goldwater/Johnson election he'd have been a moderate, but four decades later the political center has shifted thanks to the left going further and further out into looney land. Sometime I'm going to call O'Reilley and tell him, "Sorry Bill, you're to the right of center now, might as well fess up: you're so conservative you still think conservative and moderate mean what they did 40 years ago and think you're a moderate. Heck, some of what used to be called liberal 40 years back are now rightly called conservatives."
