You can make an image out of ANYTHING you see on your computer monitor via SnagIt. I've worked for a number of IT depts that use it, it's fast and easy.

But you have to load it onto a site like Host File for your image to show up on FR.

The image won't show up just from a folder on your hard drive.  You have to have a site to load your images.  When you want to use an image on FR, it's called "remote loading." Tripod and GeoCities no long allow remote loading.

For instance:  I am with Host File.  When I use an image on FR, I have to do this:

<img src=http://www.hostfile.com/home/darlene/

Then after the last slash, I type in the name of the image.
