Twenty years after the war Kerry received a commandation for valor or something, signed by some high government mucky-muck. The interviewee said this was highly unusual....never happens.

Anyone know anything about this issue? Reported on FNC couple of days ago.

It was signed by John Lehman of the 911 Commission!! He was Secy of the Navy 12 years AFTER Kerry was in...so WHY did he sign a citation for Kerry???

Lambert was the only witness & a SBV. I think he was on Thurlows boat. BTW, he also got a bronze for the actions that day.
