So the gays have resorted to blaming the Jews, the final refuge of the scoundrel.

Did the Mossad tell him to get a lawyer and try to blackmail McGreevy for $50 million?

This reads like an Onion article with phrases like "penetrated the Homeland Security" and "backdoor entry".

"Gov. McGreevey was a 'fool for love,' but the root cause of his weakness was his mistaken belief that Cipel was a lover, when he was in fact Cipel was a trained intelligence asset trying to exploit McGreevey's weakness to benefit Israeli security interests," says Martin. "
Well, true or not; this was my first thought when this story broke; and 'offered as much' - just thought it was strange that he was placed in Homeland Security; as opposed to say 'waste removal' or some other NJ favorite. Wondered just whose idea this was. . .from the very. . .begining.
Hope everybody up there in NJ; that even imagines they know stuff on this; better drive carefully.
It is not just 'dirty politcs'. . .

Out2.com doesn't look like a very serious site. It's more a do-it-yourself local paper than a serious monitor of intelligence information.
The idea that Golan might be an agent probably crossed a lot of people's minds. That would be the case with any other foreign national who gets appointed to a homeland security post through having a hold on a high-ranking official. But really, the way he's conducted himself doesn't suggest that he's an intelligence professional either. If he were he wouldn't have left himself so exposed by threatening a law suit.
If Golan were a foreign agent he would have behaved in a far more circumspect manner. Even if he wanted to destroy McGreevey for some reason, he wouldn't have brought his own career to such an abrupt end.

If you can't blame it on Bush, blame it on Americans.
And if you can't blame it on Americans, then blame it on the Jews!

I guess the liberal demonrats figure they have enough of the Arab vote that they can throw the Jews under the bus. I always knew in the back of my mind that the socialists would eventually get to the Jewish Americans. After all the other conservative groups in this country have been trashed by the left...they were next on the list. I welcome the Jewish community into the giant tent of the Republican party with open arms and one question....what took you so long ?

Based on my extensive experience with foreign intelligence agencies, I think you will see Mr. Cipel, who is now exposed by his non-official cover, on a plane back to Israel very soon. The guy sounds crazy, but he certainly nailed this one.
Cipel never had any intention of filing a sexual harassment suit against McGreevey, and for good reason -- he's never coming back from Israel, and he can't be extradited to the U.S. from there.

Let me guess: The author of that puffery was ... Andy Martin.
And btw, since when does Mossad feel the need to 'penetrate' McGreevey?
Is Mossad going to 'come out' too now?
