I don't know yet... my plan is, take one of the low-carb tortillas and fry it, just a bit, so it's less floppy but not crunchy. Add pepperoni and cheese and broil it; then slice it and pretend it's pizza.

It may work.

LOL! I hope it works :) Hmm--wonder if there's a way to make low-carb pizza bread. . .

Heh, the Green Bay news is interviewing veterans about the Swift Boat Veterans ads, and they made the Kerry campaign look pretty bad. They asked a Kerry campaign representative to respond and he got really defensive and tried to change the subject, which they showed. Then the narrator says, "Eventually, we *finally* got him to answer the question. . ."

When I made the flatbread pizza, I spread it with olive oil and baked it for six or seven minutes, then put the toppings on and continued baking for maybe another ten minutes. That might work, too...

Or bake, then broil?
