August 2, 2004 -- www.hampsterdance.com , home of Hampton and the Hampsters - the world famous singing Hampster rock stars, has awarded Presidential Candidate John Kerry the official Hampster Hero Award.
This award is presented to anyone who goes above and beyond the expected to save the life of a hamster. John Kerry is receiving this award for his act of kindness and bravery in saving his daughter's hamster who had been knocked into the sea by their pet dog. Kerry dived into the water and rescued the caged hamster and proceeded to perform CPR on the hamster to revive it from almost certain death. Congratulations John Kerry. To all us Hampsters and their fans, you are certainly a hero.
